Great location in a nice enough area, really close to a good restaurant and the Sioux Falls Park. New-fashioned, tidy unit with king bed...

The property is recently refurbished and spotlessly clean, offers satisfactory breakfasts. The standard queen room is warm with toiletries, comfy beds, for instance. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and fridges are a nice touch.

Our bathroom had hair all over it. There was even hair all over the side of the bathtub.

The location close to restaurants was unbeatable.

The room was nice & fairly large. I really like having a refrigerator in the room.

I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast.

I loved that there was a local Perkins restaurant just a few steps away and that I could easily explore nearby Sertoma Park, making my walking adventures super convenient and enjoyable.

I booked through Booked.net. I arrived after midnight and my reservation was cancelled. The staff was great. They rebooked me and honoured the original rate. This was a small thing that was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The hot breakfast was a bonus!

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy for me but not my husband. Quiet

Curtain rod was pulled away from the wall. Bathroom tiles looked to have mold on them? Dusty . Going up the stairs from the main lobby the top of the vending machine under the stairs had food and crumbs on it. The morning clerk on the way out asked about the key cards, I left mine in the room and my husband had his on him. The clerk said he had to turn it in! We feel that was wrong...we have been told that our info is on that card and we do not have to turn the cards in?? My husband complied and returned it to the clerk...we felt he was rude.

Breakfast is average. Staff were excellent, as if trying well to make up for old property.

much older property than advertising makes it look like, old walls, paint, real old wall air conditioner which is very loud, and old carpets..not at all a kind of place to return to! Small bathroom, shower and toilet seat.

Very clean! Longer breakfast hours than most. Friendly staff. Complete hotel is a non smoking facility.

The advertisement online for the room was misleading. It said " this room is a double room with extra large double bed" I must have hit the wrong room, as I always ask for "ground floor / non smoking / 2 queen beds." Luckily, I was still able to get a room with 2 queen beds.

Well the custumer care is good the room is good for the price and easy to locate and the breakfast is very good and fresh...

There were too strong odors and cigarette smell in the room and the air conditioned was dirty

We loved the spacious room with a fridge and microwave, easy to keep snacks for the kids. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby Great Bear Recreation Park, perfect for the little ones to burn off some energy.

My children wanted more options for breakfast. The selection was a bit limited for picky eaters.

Easy to get to and find and getting a discount at restaurants near by. All the employees I ran across were great.

I would like to have fruit with my breakfast and a bigger parking lot, I drive a pick up and it was not the best to way around in when it was full.
